Our organic farm

The organic farm is located high in the mountains, about 800 metres above sea level. It overlooks spectacular views of the appennines, nestled deep in the valley of the Reno River.

There is a small lake for trout fishing on the farm, a swimming pool and a mountain refuge which is nestled deep within an enclosed area. Here wild horses roam freely, deer, wild sheep and boar graze in the meadows.

We grow medicinal herbs, organic fruit in our orchard, and have several acres of grazing and woodland. We also have one hectare of lavender growing which will finally be used for food, perfume, cream, etc.

Cà di Fos owes its name to the charming little lake and the profusion of natural springs which abound on the farm.

Much of our food comes from our organic farm, guaranteeing the freshest and best produce. All our produce is organically grown.

We have always reared our animals (chickens, ducks, etc.) in organic pasture and all our produce is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers.
